The item had two broken spokes upon arrival. The packaging was just a lightweight cardboard box with no foam or styrofoam to protect the item. Coming the distance it did there should have been better protection for a plastic Sink Caddy, Kitchen Organizer Sponge Holder. I wasn't happy that postage wasn't refunded for something that was totally out of my control. Thankfully postage wasn't much. I was refunded the purchase price plus tax.
