I ordered a shirt online twice because the item remained in my basket after I had already ordered it. It appeared to be a glitch in Walmarts app. I canceled the duplicate order in less than a minute but my request was denied. I received the shirt and tried to return it to Walmart but was told I gad to contact the vendor. Apparently Disney is a 'Market Vendor'. I followed the return procedure on the Walmart app got an wmail saying Disney would contact me in 48 hours. They never did so I repeated the process to return 2 more 48 hr intervals and stiil have not received a return authorization. I lodged a complaint thru a Walmart consumer complaint link and received an email telling me to contact another division of Walmart. I chose the 'chat' option and spent about an hor being transfered around. I was told I would receive an email with a return authorization but I never have gotten any correspondence I ask for a reference number for the chat. They gave me %23240118-12854-2695-0000. I just want my $25 back since the duplicate order was caused by the Walmart app in the first place and what is up with Disney not responding? What I thought would be a simple thing has turned out to be Very Frustrating. I should have gobe with Amazon!!!
