These bands are great low level resistant bands an perform to the standards designed for. Once we master these in our strength training and therapy we can move to the next level of resistance, the blue and black. These are color coded according to there resistance level in pounds so be sure to order the ones you need according to where you are in your training. For example,the green band is 4.6 lbs of resistance. Theraband is a very good quality brand for a reasonable price. Works with many different exercises.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT,PRICE AND DELIVERY TIME
Working on shoulder tendinopathy for weeks and geting no where fast. The bands reccomended by P.T. were double red (lowest resistance level) with a plastic hande, I was strugeling to do 1 set of ten reps of external rotation. When I received my order of single strand resistance tubes I was able to not only do 3 sets of ten reps on the external rotation but was able to progress rapidly from yellow to red to green. I think that the severity of the multiple tendons that have partial and full thickness tears was not given proper consideration. By reducine the tension levels on my own, thereby reducing the pain involved and increased range of motion in each movement. I feel that thanks to this product I am on my way to recovery. By the way when WALMart said the bands will be delivered the next day they ment it.Also the price was very reasoable.
