I took a star off right off the bat for extremely slow shipping from fedex. It arrived 2 weeks later than I was told. I really like the pillow covers, they're exactly as described. Other customer reviews were correct in that the inside pillow was flat. But, there's directions right on the package that tells you how to fluff them. I chose 10 minutes in the dryer and they did puff up. For the price, I expected better quality pillow inserts. But I am happy with the purchase and would purchase again if I needed more pillows.
