I like this chair, it is comfy and for me the arms are a perfect height. It swivels nicely, has nice support for my back and the arms lift up out of the way when needed. The reason for only 3 stars is that I can't use the foot bar because it is too far back towards the center column of the chair so I have to hop into the chair and use the arms to get seated properly. The wheels were pretty flimsy so my brother replaced them with sturdier wheels from a different chair. The fabric pills very quickly, I have to use a fabric shaver every week on the arms. i have a cover on the seat and back so they don't seem to pill so much. All in All, it is an affordable chair and if you are taller than 5ft 6 its a good buy. Since it is a taller drafting type chair it doesn't lower far enough to be easy to get into if you need it normal height. I bought it because my brother bought me a drafting table but since I can't use the bar around it to step up I have to use a step stool to get into it. so that didn't work.
