Size up! Too hard to fit in the opening!!!!!!!!

The shoes are gorgeous but I received them and threw away the box and realized later that they are difficult to put on hence making them too small. It would have been nice for the site to indicate to size up to make it easier to put on. I never got to wear them. I tried once again to put them on and even though I can tell they would fit but you can't get your foot into the hole. I was so looking forward to wearing them because they are gorgeous.
