3-D Pet Products Premium Squirrel and Wildlife Food, 20 lb., Dry, 1 Pack

So far it's a hit! I got my fella to make me this cute little table and have been feeding the neighborhood squirrels for about a month. I've got 5 regulars and they are super entertaining to watch. I also put a bowl of water out because of the Texas heat and they seem to be very happy!

I've been buying this for a long time, once in a while goes on sale, which is nice. It is cheaper than any other retail stores. Corn is cheaper at the local feed store but they aren't open after 5pm or on weekends and I'm at work. I can buy this in-store, get with pick up, or have delivered, so it's very convenient. It did used to be cheaper but now it is 20 pounds for $20 since 2023. I keep it in the garage in Florida and so far so good. I go through it pretty fast, so there's no time for mold or bugs to invade the bag (I guess). Don't keep the feed on your porch, my boyfriend did, and a squirrel chewed through his screen to get to it, even though it was inside a heavy duty storage container. I guess they can smell it? The deer love it. The squirrels like it, but they love peanuts, which I give them in their own bird feeder, they think they are getting away with something, the Blue Jays and Woodpeckers also prefer peanuts. The bunnies like the corn, and of course the raccoons will eat anything that's left. This feed is mostly corn, when I put one cup of it on the platform there are five or six peanuts in shell, and around 10% sunflower seeds. I like the mix because sometimes birds come after I take the feeders in so they can still get some sunflower seeds and the squirrels and Blue Jays can still get some peanuts. Unless the deer get there first, they eat everything!
