The Cheddar for Recipe after Recipe!!!

Excellent cheddar with good firmness, though cubing it makes it a smidge softer than I would personally like. Still, it's amazing cheese and exceptional for so many recipes, like: --Add some cubes to a warm cheese dip (not one that is extremely hot) and let melt somewhat before serving --Add to hot/warm soup that isn't simmering/boiling to have delicious 'blobs' of cheese to discover (okay, I know that doesn't sound appealing, but I can't think of a better way to describe it!) --Use toothpicks or skewers and dip in a different type of melted cheese for a sensational mix of flavors! --Add to mac 'n' cheese about 3 minutes before serving, to make extra cheesy with delicious ooey-gooey bites of cheddar! --Excellent for taco soup!!! --Slightly melt cubes and press into crunchy pretzel bits for a savory and salty snack!
