The chair itself was comfortable but was quite loud making sounds as you sat down or if you adjusted while sitting. It also did look like the description The one star is due to the item arriving damaged. There was 3 half inch cuts in the back of the upholstery. It looked as if when the fabric was in a roll it was cut and then rolled out. There was obviously no inspection prior to sewing, or shipment. I contacted Walmart requesting a replacement part in which they stated they would have information and would correspond with me in 48hours. I got no follow up response. I contacted them again 5 days later in which they said they would send a replacement part but I would have to pay shipping. Personally I feel this is neither reasonable nor responsible as the damage was the manufacturers error. They then preceded to say I could keep the damaged item and the would credit me 5%. That $7 on a $150 chair! I declined and preceded with a return. I took the chair to a Walmart Store in which they could not process the return as they were having a system error and then the clerk made me call Walmart to help her! I was really appalled by all of this. I was at this store for almost 2 hours. Called Walmart twice myself for their own computer issues which were never resolved Honestly the moral to this story is that I will never be buying another item at Walmart
