I never leave reviews unless I feel strongly. This is a GREAT chair for the price. I am 5'3" and was worried I wouldn't be able to reach the ground, but that's a non-issue. I put it together myself in about 20-25 minutes, it's extremely straight forward and easy. I expect the chair to break in with use; it's definitely supportive of my back. The heating massage feature is cherry on the top.
