There is no phone contact for the seller. I had to go through Walmart email system to reach out to the seller of this product. Since I was missing three items I had to go to the local bicycle shop to get what I needed to complete installation of the bike to be able to ride it.

Seller very responsive, I can't believe how well the battery works on this ebike, lasting long, fun bike to ride!

There is no tel%23 to reach anyone only an email and they refer you over to someone else whose email shows up as “marketing “. I sent them pics of the problem and they basically want pics of the whole bike at different angles as if I was doing a photo shoot for the bike, it’s ridiculous!! The bike has a manufacturing issue and isn’t even 6 months old and they’ve made it so difficult to try to get the parts or the bike fixed under the warranty. I bought the Walmart insurance but because it’s still under manufacturer’s warranty they made me go through the manufacturer. I bought the bike so my son could get to his part time job but the bike is useless now.

They received my items three days ago and they won't return my money. This is horrible customer service I will never buy from this company ever, especially that their false ad advertising this Bike.

Very disappointed with this seller. The bike worked well initially, but after only a couple of months the battery began failing and the controller developed issues. I reached out to customer service and, after a few basic troubleshooting attempts, they stopped responding altogether. A product can have issues, but what matters is whether the seller stands behind it. In this case, they did not. I was left with an expensive bike that no longer works properly and no meaningful support or resolution from the seller. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are willing to risk having little to no customer support if something goes wrong.

Shipping took longer to get here than expected, but it did arrive in one piece.

I had no problem with the seller the bike was delivered early, although I wish I knew what day it was going to come. the delivery driver helped me bring the box into the house which was good so no complaints. price was right I got a much better deal than eBay was offering for the same bike. I used the saved money to get the warranty.

The service at this store is quite satisfactory. The customer service responds quickly and handles issues with great care and responsibility, which is truly reassuring.
