I have used LEM vacuum sealers for years and have been very pleased. I have always wanted a sealer that locks the bag in place and frees your hands to operate the vacuum and sealing operation. The 500 continuous sealing would be far more sealing product at one setting than the average user will need.

It's a beast!
So far I'm impressed. I haven't done any large jobs like processing a deer yet so I can't speak to performance over time frame. It is a beast. I'm use to the typical sealer. I beleive it will last a long time. I like the way the bags work because you don't have to make sure they are 100% flat then push them into a "slot". Lift the lid, place the bag and go. I also like the LEM bags but unfortunately we just spent $90 on the other brand. I haven't tried that brand in this sealer yet but I don't see any issues. So far so good!!
