The sealer was very easy to use. I liked the storage compartment. It even has a little cutter. You can pull the amount of bag from the storage area, seal that, cut, then vacuum. My old name brand sealer stopped vacuuming. I was in the middle of bagging home made bacon, and WM got this to me in less than an hour. It has two rolls with it. I has a port for canning. It can vary the amount of pressure if you have something soft. It's quieter than my previous one. I am very impressed. It actually cost less than to replace my previous name brand one that never worked so well. It does meat, liquids, it says softer items cause the compression level can be changed. It can work with canisters and bags. I like it. My cousin has several size roaster ovens by this brand, so I wasn't nervous buying the brand, either.

After throwing out my last Vacuum sealer (a different brand), 3 in 6 years, someone recommended this product and it does not disappoint. Sleek design and love the roll holder and cutter, saves much time. It is quiet and easy to use. Vacuums and seals perfectly. Not as loud as the other brands i used to buy. Would recommend.

Very Happy.

I've been using Foodsaver products since they first came out but when my last one gave out I saw their most recent products had mixed reviews so we decided to look around. I have used this Nesco many times over the last month and it's working great! No signs of freezer burn starting on any items in the freezer thanks to the double seal, I can use any brand bags, and it's very easy to use. It's a little bigger than the two Foodsavers I've had before but I have no problem storing it on a shelf in one of my kitchen cabinets and taking it out as needed. No liquid has entered the chamber yet so I haven't had to remove the tray that collects liquid to clean yet. I tried the accessory ports in years past but I never use them, just the bags. My only disappointment is that the directions say to wait two minutes before sealing additional bags so when I food prep, i use those moments to clean up instead. Still highly recommend.
