I love this!
I read previous reviews that had a lot of issues with the lid not fitting the calderon. I fixed mine by just using my hands and pushing/ pulling on the insides of the pan until the lid for again. Aluminum gives a little so be careful. I made goulash in it tonight. First use. It was great. Clean up a breeze. See through lid a plus. Read the instructions!

This Caldero is all you need for your kitchen. I can easily stir fry, Saùte, Grill and cook big batch of curry in it. It's a staple for your Indian Asian or Mexican kitchen and it is the perfect size if you are cooking for 10-15 people(see picture). I bought 3 of these and 2 can easily fit on the stove to cook simultaneously. The non-sticky coating is still intact after using it non-stop for 1 yr. And I cook and use this caldero for every type of cooking, EVERYDAY! It's super lightweight. I-musa, if you are reading this, make me your brand spokes-person! Lol! Btw, it's not a paid review. I am genuinely a legit fan of i-musa products. It's that good.
