Great customer service
This hand truck was perfect for it's intended use, which was to move large potted plants from a pool area to be loaded onto a truck. I researched and could only find expensive carts for this purchase (listed at $450) and this cart did the same job at a fraction of the cost. One caveat was that one wheel popped a hole in the tread area while using. I contacted customer service via email and received a response within an hour. They sent out an entire wheel assembly that included two wheels at no cost. I was amazed at how quickly they responded and how impressed with how they took care of the issue. I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled to do so by how quickly they fixed issue as well as how the hand truck performs.
