Poor shipping box, but item arrived undamaged.

The dolly arrived in a cardboard box with no padding, only a plastic bag. the box was damaged, but the dolly appeared undamaged. the item itself is very well built and unfolds easily. it can carry many stacked boxed items. It weighs about 20 pounds, is made mostly of aluminum with plastic connecting joints. the handle and the bottom plate are steel. I have only used it once so far, but I am impressed with the quality and ease of use.
