I love this piece! The recipe for Chicken Tortilla Soup on the box turned out perfectly! I was able to sear and cook a medium sized roast with room for veggies; everything was tender and delicious. No staining, it cleaned up easily and I love the color!

This Dutch oven is gorgeous and fun to use. It braises and roasts beautifully—I've found myself looking for excuses to use it. At 5 quarts, it's just the right size for my family's meals.
