Perfect Pans
This and the 10" skillet I also purchased are the pans I was looking for. The weight and shape are ideal. The big bonus was they came with lids. They cook beautifully and clean up is a breeze. Heavy enough to cook well but not too heavy to handle on the stove or dish pan. Cooking for two, I use the 10" pan the frequently. I thought hand wash only would be an inconvenience but it is not.
