Excellent Product with one warning
Received this product ahead of schedule. Very pleased with the performance. There was one issue that was easy to take care of. The day after I got it, I tried to set it up and the probes would not register correctly. They seemed to fit into the remote unit loosely. I called their customer service and got to a representative within a couple minutes. After describing the problem, he said to try pushing the probe into the socket a little harder, until I heard a "click". Did that and it has been perfect since.
