I really love this. it may have a bit of a learning curve, but what doesn't? I have used it every day since receiving the machine. As I indicated, I would like more recipes, but there's plenty on the internet. If you want to control all those fake foods and additives, this is a great tasting way to do it. a scale, bread knife, and slicing guide will help make life easier.
