I'm used to making my own bread but I'm really burnt out on keeping up with homemade sandwich bread. I hadn't used a bread machine since I was a kid. That old bread machine used to hop around the counter while kneading. It eventually hopped off the counter and tragically ended its bread making career. This was a much more pleasant experience. This machine is not only cute and compact, its very stable. I was able to make a delicious 2lb loaf of white bread. The crust was perfectly crisp/chewy while the middle was light and fluffy. The bread is still fresh and delicious the next day. This little guy is a keeper!

I made bread for the first time ever and I am loving it. The process is very simple and the booklet provides a really good framework you can follow to make bread. I also used the douche function to make dough for pizza and I have never had that fluffy dough in my homemade pizzas. Totally in love with the bread maker and the bread it makes.
