Love this fryer! I've made everything from french fries to cod and even London broil. I've been very happy with everything. It's easy to use, clean and cooks FAST. I can't even preheat my oven in the time it takes to make most items. 30 mins for a thick piece of London broil cooked med well!! It's reasonably sized ...I cook for 3 and I always have enough left for a lunch or two. The price it reasonable. The only fault is that the timer knob should be easier to turn and show the minutes better.

I'm a true meat lover but fried foods kill my stomach. Everything I've cooked in this air fryer has been cooked...perfectly....with NO OIL. Try thick cut pork chops either with or without a flour coating. Juice runs out when cut into and I used no oil what so ever. I cooked 5 chicken legs at one time, simply rolled in flour and spice, and they turned out perfect within 15 to 20 minutes without oil. Chicken wings, ribs, you name it, and did I mention......no oil. I'm truly amazed. I've found the trick is to preheat the air fryer a short time and turn the meat half way through the cooking time. Chicken legs, for example...I set timer for 8-10 minutes, turn chicken, then set timer for another 8-10 minutes, and chicken comes out beautiful, crispy on outside, and juicy on inside. Did the same with the thick pork chops, ribs and wings. It comes with a cookbook that is very helpful with the estimated time you cook different foods. The food tastes BETTER than anything I've had cooked in oil. Wish they were still in stock, I would purchase another one.
