Oh child! I read a lot of negative comments and this being a gift I was receiving it from a loved one then I’m sure putting it to use. So I got it unpacked and i read the instructions and I must say it’s not a bad product at all it crisped my chicken then steaks and potatoes and wouldn’t you know it the time after I made homemade pot pies and dessert. So this product gets a 5 star rating from me because it’s so highly under rated. You just need to read the directions slowly or cheat and go on YouTube like I did to watch a tutorial video. P.S. I’ll never make my homemade broccoli bacon and cheddar quiche in anything other than my air fryer ohhh how juicy it is and the crust still very crispy. 👍🏻🫶

Yes this item is fine and so was the delivery, but i purchased a pop up tent 10" by 10" on 05-28-25, I am 75 years old and it was to heavy for me to handle. I never even took it out of the case. I went back to return it on 08-08-25 and was told it was not returnable item. the cost of this item was $118.79 I had to have someone help to bring it back, not very happy.

having the presets labeled instead of pictures would have been nice. I can't tell what they are. also, a pamphlet or booklet with some cooking guidelines would be helpful instead of me just pushing buttons and hoping I've got the right one. not exactly what I was hoping for but am keeping it.
