Not just for outdoor use.

I grew up with an ‘army blanket' that my dad had in the Navy. It was used anytime we were ill, so it was a comfort blanket. When my parents passed, we agreed my brother got the blanket. Purchasing this blanket has brought back great memories. The weight is substantial but not too heavy - like a good cotton quilt. The warmth is what you expect from wool. It is a just a tad bit coarse, placing between layers of bedding takes of that. It is advertised as a camping piece but I love it as a household linen.
