(this is a promotional for review) WOW. This ice cream maker is much more than I expected. First, the quality is way beyond what I thought it was going to be. It is a beautiful little appliance. Heavy duty appliance is going to hold up. It comes with a great little instruction booklet. You have to have your glasses on to read it. The print is so small but it is there. If you haven’t made ice cream before you’ll be glad to have this little booklet and if you have made ice cream before you’re going to love this little appliance. The product came on time and well packaged. Just be sure to wash all the parts before using, there is several little recipes in the little booklet. I’m retired and on a fixed income, ice cream is not generally something I don’t add to my budget just because it’s expensive to get good quality ice cream. I’m excited to use this ice cream maker and knowing that it’s from scratch in my homemade ice cream makes all the difference. My first batch of ice cream came out amazing. In order to meet my budget I do cook everything from scratch at home. I seldom go out to eat, this allows me the ability to purchase good quality food to cook. I definitely recommend this ice cream maker.

I think the machine that I received may have been previously returned. There is a dented and scratched area on it and the "recipe book" is missing at least the front page. Otherwise though it seems hreat. I love the size, it's not too big or small, but just right amd comes with the neatest little scoop. Operation seems fairly simple, the instructions are clear and easy to read.
