comfortable. soft leather/pleather neck pad and lumbar is adjustable. height and recline is adjustable. rolls smoothly. after time the neck and back held on by elastic will stretch or break.Obviously. manually have to adjust the foot rest>it manually slide out and flips o er for the cushion. the arms are firm and flip left to right to adjust also

assembly not as easy as expected

the chair itself is very nice. a little stiff compared to what I was expecting but it's also brand new and I know the foam inside will soften with time. my biggest issue with this chair was the instructions were garbage. it took me longer to figure out how to build this office chair than it did to build my whole entertainment center that was four separate pieces. the pieces themselves were not labeled or numbered but in the instructions they were. so when saying grab piece 1 and connect to piece 2-4 you have to guess by the picture what those are. I ended up having to go to the company's YouTube channel to watch a video of it being done. but the chair itself is very nice now that's it's built. just wish the instructions were clearer and pieces were labeled.
