      Life-changing

      This watch has helped me lose so much weight and keep me accountable every day to some type of commitment whether it's the days that I commit to go hard or days on recovery, I can track everything and that really shows consistency and discipline. The new upgraded version keeps me from having to bring out my blood pressure cuff every day and also it's nice to see where I'm physically at with how much age I have compared to my real age due to how healthy my readings are.

      So happy I got my WHOOP!

      I've had various fitness trackers in the past, but was intrigued by the tracker which my boss wore. So I asked him about it, did my research, and ordered a WHOOP right away. I love all the various information it gives me about my current health, as well as suggestions/ways to improve it. I'm learning valuable things about my body, how it works and how to keep it healthy. Love the AI coaching, as well, and can't say enough good things about my entire experience with my WHOOP!
