      Life-changing

      This watch has helped me lose so much weight and keep me accountable every day to some type of commitment whether it's the days that I commit to go hard or days on recovery, I can track everything and that really shows consistency and discipline. The new upgraded version keeps me from having to bring out my blood pressure cuff every day and also it's nice to see where I'm physically at with how much age I have compared to my real age due to how healthy my readings are.

      Opinion

      Helped improve my sleep hours from3-4 to 6-7. It detects my naps and when I fall asleep automatically. The Apple watch does not and you have to be in "sleep mode" on the iPhone for 4 hours before it records sleep activities. I cannot schedule my sleep plan. I can put the wake up time but not the start sleeping time. Always put the sleep time at 5PM. I cannot make it home by that time. With the Apple watch I can program bedtime and wake up time. The EKG feature does not work . Always full of artifacts. The Apple watch Ultra always works with the EKG
