i bought 4 of these for individuals working from home. I had wanted something more ergonomic so I selected these. They all have reported back that they love the chairs. One person got a chair and the back was damaged which was replaced. They were able to put them together pretty easily. The users are average sized females (height) so I wouldn't know if they would be very appropriate for shorter or taller people.
