great pitcher but read on
I got this pitcher because I wanted a smaller one than my previous 12 cup. If you scrolled through the pictures it says 3 filters are included. this sounds too good to be true and in fact you get one filter and 2 dollars-off coupons for future filter purchases (not free). I am contacting Walmart and the manufacturer. But for the price it is still a very good deal and a very nice pitcher.

It's all about the filter.
It's all about the filter. I finally replaced my 10 cup zero water system for the 7 cup unit. The design of the 7 cup pitcher is barely adequate. The top comes in two pieces that are a challenge to line up properly for a secure fit. Attaching the filters are a challenge as well. It is difficult to align the threads for a secure leakproof fit. But it is really all about their superior filter that purifies my water. That is what is most important to me, but having a better designed pitcher would be ideal.

A good product that I consider indispensable
It was a bit of an adjustment to learn how to deal with this zero water pitcher. It was different from the previous one that I owned. However, I finally was able to learn how to deal with it, so its working just fine now. There is one odd thing to mention: the filter was painfully slow when it arrived. I found that stroking the membranes at the top improved it tremendously. At least now, it is giving good service.
