Boxes came in good condition. All pieces were inside. We wanted something sturdy for our boys who are growing but have small bedroom sizes. Very pleased. Took about an hour. Get a drill bit to fit the Allen size and dont try to do by hand or it will take forever! Ended up buying two!

Great sturdy product. Bought for my 8 year old and she loves it. I worried it would make the room look small but actually does the opposite. She now has so much usable space. We created a reading nook underneath that is really cute. Instructions and difficulty assembling was in line with what I would expect. It took my 12 year old and I about 3 hours to build. Great costumer service. Box came damaged but only one part had a scratch and they replaced the part with no hassle.
