Furniture Dog House

The entire unboxing, assembly, and styrofoam cleanup took 5.5 hours. It is a lovely and sturdy piece of furniture. It works well for our rambunctious dog. We opted not to use the casters. We also opted to put the lightweight mat under the crate (between the crate and the floor) as insulation. We knew that our dog would chew it up in minutes, so it worked better as insulation underneath. The only challenge was the packaging was not quite sufficient for the rough treatment deliver. The top has two small dings, but We didn't want to deal with exchanging for an undamaged product.

Very nice piece of furniture.easy assembly

We were very concerned about assembling this as so many reviews sparked the concern. My husband said it was one of the easier things he has assembled and was very impressed with the quality overall! Now, just waiting for the dog that goes inside. We like that it is a piece of furniture and doesn't look like a crate. Also, that it is dark and cave like inside for the dog.

coworker recommended it for my German Shephard. She of course had a few accidents in it but you'll have that with training a puppy. we evetually threw out the pad it comes with. just wee'd on it one to many times. It does wipe clean and all but... There was also a loose steing from her chewing at it. But this all happened approx. 3 months into using it. I honestly think she likes it without the pad because the base stays cool being up off the floor if you use the wheels. the wheels do lock and let me.tell you, the lock's on mine are stiff. I has not budged. Fiance put it together backwards. Said thats the way the directions read. i feel those could hVe been a little more clear. Thats the ONLY reason for the 3 stars on one section. Just buy it, you wont regret it!
