perfect for the old man dog!

This bed is perfect for our 13 year, old man dog! The thick one piece base is very supportive. My Chesapeake Bay Retrieve has arthritis that has deformed one of his front legs. His other bed had multiple layers that would shift and half the time he was partially on the cold floor. For reference, he is 85 pounds. I'm hopeful the bolster will not shift or flatten so he'll be able to support his head if he chooses. Really impressive, well made, supportive bed for him! Thinking about a second one for the other room he spends some time in.

We had 2 dog beds already, bought this as a3rd for a road trip and it worked great! It fits snug between the back of the rear seat to the driver's seat or you can turn the other way and it makes a nice hot dog bun my 60lb dog loves! Now that we're back home, she picks this bed over the other 2! She laid on it before we even put it together. Gives her enough height that she can see out the window when her head is on the raised edge. It's been very durable! We're going to get another one of these!
