This last time I looked for it - I found it Online at Walmart. I was so thrilled!! This Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil is definitely waterproof and stays on all day long. I live in a hot and humid climate plus my skin is oily and this eyeliner has staying power I was upset when I couldn't find it anymore but now I have a new source!

My favorite eyeliner!
I'm a brunette and I usually use a black eyeliner, but on a whim not too long ago, I decided to try a different color. It's wonderful! I like this color, Smoky Plum, because it makes my eyes stand out better and people have been commenting on how nice my eyes look. I love NYC Waterproof Eyeliner in general because of how well it stays and doesn't smear or fade. I have tried a lot of other eyeliners, a lot of other brands, but they all seem to end up smeared and people ask if I'm tired. This one has done the best job so far staying in place and not smudging or smearing during the day.
