This was packed so good! The shipping was amazing. My husband and I put it together in about 6 total hours (the World Series is a distraction). The instructions are clear but take your time and make sure you are paying attention to how each piece sits be for you move on to the next step. We love it! It is compact but built so strong. It is so impressive. It can compete with commercial gym equipment. The cables are smooth and it comes with so many attachments. We got the one with the bench and have said goodbye to our gym memberships. Spend the money!!! The sale is AMAZING!! (Order the weights! They are on sale, too)

The Mikolo Smith Machine Home Gym is a huge help in getting strong and staying fit. I liked almost every aspect of my new Garage Gym. The print instructions were not the best. I needed to consult videos to know exactly needed to be done several times. But, that said, I am seventy years old and did put the unit together by myself over a couple of afternoons. The power rack cage is sturdy and stable, the pully system glides smoothly, and the attachments were numerous and helpful.
