The hat came perfectly packaged in a big box. No wrinkles or dents. It was exactly the size that I was looking for - I ordered large to fit my 23" head. That's what I got. Couldn't be happier.

Not a Stetson as advertised

You sold me this item as a Stetson Grand Canyon. It is NOT. It is a Scala. While Scala is a nice hat, it is NOT a Stetson. I have owned the Stetson Grand Canyon, and the Scala is not the same. Not only did it arrive 2 days late, but it is not the hat I ordered.
