The hat came perfectly packaged in a big box. No wrinkles or dents. It was exactly the size that I was looking for - I ordered large to fit my 23" head. That's what I got. Couldn't be happier.

This hat was advertised as a Stetson hat. It came as a Scala brand, not the same thing. As a result the fit, quality and value are not what I expected.

I returned this hat following Walmart's guidelines. Sager was not happy with this and demanded their money back. I paid it to maintain my own integrity, but they have unfortunately lost theirs in the process. Rather than modify their return policy with Walmart they retaliated on a customer. I will not do business with them again.
