I am new to cycling and wanted a bike that was sturdy but also a reasonable price. There's no way I could envision paying a premium price for the popular name brand. I think this bike is really great option! Assembly was easy and took less than an hour for me to build it by myself. I've done a few rides so far and it's been great! I highly recommend it!

I like the fact that you can adjust the seat forward or back, you can also adjust the handle bars up higher or lower it down. I also love the fact that you can adjust the resistance on the pedals of you want a harder work out or a more smoother work out. . the only thing I didn't like is that the seat is a little uncomfortable for me . Lol. But, over all this is a fantastic exercise stationary bike I loveeeeee it soooooo much.
