5 stars for product 2 stars for packaging ( every box broken in two boxes legs was outside of the box ) Excellent consumer service. I had a problem with same wrong parts (H) and after e-mail , correct part have been sent . I order 4 white chairs with arm rest. Assemble was fairly easy . I like: 1. Nice comfortable chair 2. Adjustable height 3. Lumber support 4. Nice off white color and soft leather 5. Arm rest.
