(Keurig) warrants that your brewer will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of purchase. It is recommended that you register your brewer on Keurig.com/new so that your purchase information will be stored in our system. Keurig will, at its option, repair or replace a defective brewer without charge upon its receipt of proof of the date of purchase. If a replacement brewer is necessary to service this warranty, the replacement brewer may be new or reconditioned. If a replacement brewer is sent, a new limited one year warranty will be applied to the replacement brewer. This warranty only applies to brewers operated in the United States and Canada. So far, so good!
We bought the Duo as the best of both worlds: Morning coffee percolating at 6am in the carafe, combined with the ease of a quick cup during the day using the pods. It's great, no complaints so far. The only thing I miss from our previous regular coffee maker is the beeper that lets you know when the coffee is done. But, not a big deal. Loving it so far!!!

I like the separate brew heads. Unlike the previous KDuo, condensation does not accumulate in the drip basket when Kcups are being brewed. I also like the glass carafe and warming plate. Also, the Kcup side brew head locks more securely than the all plastic version in the older model.

It's only been a couple of weeks, but so far, we're loving it! The only recommendation I will add is for there to be lifting handles inside or out of the water reservoir to make handling easier. This was a feature on a different brand I owned before and it made it much more convenient for lifting the reservoir in and out of place.
