Ceramic electric skillet
Oh my gosh this is a fantastic lite electric skillet. It is a 12x12 square skillet. It might not be large enough for a big family bit it's definitely the perfect size for me and my husband. The ceramic coating on the inside is great too.I really hope it doesn't start to scratch off. I'm gonna be extra careful not to use metal utensils in the skillet. It doesn't have a removable adjustable thermostat with a ready light. It heats up super quick and cooks evenly. I would definitely recommend this item. Currently I'm using it in our camper.

Love!
I live in a very hot climate in the warmer months. Lots of humidity so this is a lifesaver LOL. I am able to cook large meals and not heat up the whole house. The non stick is amazing. Eggs fry up so easily with this skillet. We have added two more for our larger gatherings.

Nice product
12" is a tad small but we managed a chicken and rice dish in it for 5. It cooks evenly with no sticking. Only had to use minimal oil. We will see how the product lasts over time. We tend to end up with hot spots on previous electric skillets. But they don't all evenly cook from day 1 and this one did.
