Hands down, Flower Cosmetics is the best I have ever used. The tip on the Forever Wear Winged Liner is very precise and flows perfectly. I bought concealer and eyebrow liner also and love them as well. This was my first time purchasing from Flower after hearing Drew speak of it on her TV show.
