Broke in less than a month

Used the bike 3 times and now the Pedal assist does not work, also problems with the control display, sometimes comes on and cannot turn off, using the throttle is hectic, the bike has a tendency of taking off fast, have to be very careful starting with just the throttle. So far no one has gotten back to me about fixing this problem.
