I like the fan so much for the price. The only disadvantage is the assembling. I dont like the fact that the fan head does not screw to the fan pole. When you pick up the fan you have to becareful and pick it up by the mid pole and not the top pole because otherwise you will pull the head off. We don't have our a/c on yet, which is saying something in South Florida. With no ceiling fan, I needed something that would cool me and my 3 dogs in my bedroom in the evening. This fan has been a lifesaver. It gives me just the right amount of wind when I need it and is quiet and doesn't interrupt my sleep. When you take it out of the box, it appears flimsy, but that is deceiving. It is well worth the money.

I have had the fan for only a few weeks but love it thus far. I like that it is very quiet but I wish that it fit more securely in the base. If you lift it by the shaft it comes right out from the round base that it sits in. It is also very lightweight and is very powerful when it is on the lowest speed.
