Lasko Misto 15" Pivoting Outdoor Misting Fan with GFCI Cord and 3 Speeds, Black, 7050

We live in AZ and the summers can be brutal! Even with a pool, it can be too hot to be out there. But we put this so it blows on us in the pool and it's made a world of difference. The blower is strong and covers a large area of our pool so everyone stays cool. We have hard water, so will probably need to clean the valve's more frequently, but had it for a month or so and it works great and has been a life saver in AZ heat! We've set it up near our outdoor dinner table and makes eating outside much more comfortable, even when it's 110 degrees!

Have had only 1 month, but out of the box this has been fantastic! Can run fan only or use fan plus misters. Fan has 3 speeds. High speed is really strong. Has louvres that provide horizontal oscillation when activated. Can manually adjust vertical direction. Misters put out a very fine mist. The fan disperses the mist and the mist cools the air coming from the fan, resulting in a very nice overall temp reduction over our ~15'x15' covered patio area, without water puddling everywhere or feeling like sitting under a sprinkler. Some surfaces in the area were slightly damp after 1-5 hours of continuous use, but some dampness should be expected when spraying water into the area. The great thing about the Misto is, it has been much better than expected. A couple of other “misters” I have tried, leave a puddle of water on all surfaces within 10 minutes of use. I can't speak for reliability yet, but so far loving this purchase.
