Not comfy for bigger frames with extra weight!
I ordered this big and tall chair after buying their regular office chair and finding it painful on the sides of the my thighs and hips. I'm a bigger gal so decided to give the regular chair to my son and buy the big and tall chair for myself. It arrived in the black color and I ordered the rich brown one. Then it was a little difficult to put together by myself. And then come find out that the metal sides hurt my thighs almost just as bad as the regular one. When it says 500 pound limit that doesn't mean comfortable for those with bigger frames and extra weight. I have no more money to purchase another one so I shoved pillows on each side and making do for now. It's way too big to return to the store.
