What a massage!
As many have said, this chair comes in 2 large boxes on a pallet. It assembles easily, although I still have not been able to get the foot/leg section pins correctly placed on both sides. I have used this chair several times on pre-programmed modes and it is quite stimulating. The only short coming of this chair is the operating manual. It does not explain anything concerning the manual operation, bluetooth synching, or programming the chair for individual programs. I have googled and Youtubed to get this info with no success. Perhaps I will figure it out as time goes on.

Provides deep massage
I have only had this chair a few days but I am impressed with the level of massage. The pressure is almost too deep, even on the low setting. Like a massage from a person, you are sore after the first one. The chair was relatively easy to assemble, but it does take two people. I have sat in several kinds of massage chairs and this one is amazing! The foot massage function is really nice. If you like a deep pressure massage, you will like this. It is a bit too strong from my 11 year old though, even on low. It is pretty comfortable just to sit in it and I love the zero gravity feature. So far, I love it!

Unbelievable
The chair arrived in 2 large boxes. Two people will be needed to carry the larger box containing the chair. The assembly process was not as easy as expected and requires patience to line up the arms and attach the mechanics. Once assemble, this chair was very impressive. It provided an incredible massage that more than met my expectations and left me completely relaxed. Each part of your body gets a massage and the Zero G position is awesome. I have to say that the chair was worth every penny! Do yourself and body a favor!
