My 1st impression was that the bike was in great condition upon unboxing. It didn't need any professional adjustments or anything. Just basic ones such as straightening and adjusting the handlebars, installing the seat and so on. It came with everything I needed to set the bike up and start riding. Upon riding the bike, I realized that it doesn't have 'true' pedal assist. Depending on setting, the motor kicks in after you pedal for a time. Once the max speed of that setting is reached, pedaling has no actual effect except to keep the motor engaged. What this all ultimately means is that the range of the bike is not as high as it could be if it had true pedal assist (also if it had gears). I was able to get 13.9mi using only mode 2 (tour). Other than the lack of a true pedal assist, the rest of the bike is great! It has front/rear suspension and the 14" tires make it handle more like a scooter. It's very agile and gives you a lot of fine grain control. Especially when used in conjunction with the twist throttle. One last thing about the bike is that the moddability is also quite great. It's not hard to add an additional battery for more range and a lot of the accessories that you can get for bikes can be used with this one. Seatpost rear racks and suspension seatpost seem ideal, e-scooter bags for the front (which also double as a cup holder). I already have a phone mount (ole reliable GUB 6) as well as a 4 amp charger for it. In conclusion, you can't really beat this bike in terms of value. Even if it doesn't have real pedal assist. It rides really well in comparison to other P-EV's that are more expensive than it. The fast charger alone helps offset the small battery capacity.

It arrived with a flat back tire. It barely has any power. I'm not pleased. Hopefully I can get a refund. I've wasted almost two weeks with expensive ebike pumps thinking that was the issue. All along it was a tube. I'm not about to spend even more money fixing it.
