I absolutely love this chair. I did have to wait a very long time to receive it as it was ordered during the slow down with distribution. The smell was beyond horrible but if you take a spray bottle and mix vinegar and water and spray the fabric and let it dry and spray it again and let it dry. The smell does go away. It will not go away on its own if you air it outside, even if you do it for several days. to me, it is very comfortable and fits my shape however, the sides of the chair compute so if your lower half is larger, you may feel pressure from the sides. I have had no issues goes beautifully with everything else in my office now that I'm working from home.
