Sturdy back roller to get those upper back knots
I experience discomfort in both thoracic and lumbar areas of my back and this unit helps with both. Im glad I added this to my collection of foam rollers and massage devices. For some, it might feel better to add a layer of fabric or padding to decrease intensity, but I prefer direct contact for the intense massage.
