DAHON OFFICIAL Simplified Return Policy We offer a 7-day return period from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, unridden, and in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Under certain circumstances, DAHON OFFICIAL reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Damaged, non-original condition, or late returns may be subject to approval and the 20% restocking fee.
